I still remember opening it up and feeling excited, because at that price I really thought it was going to feel more premium. But once I actually used it, that excitement faded fast. The quality just didn’t match what I paid, it left me a little disappointed

I ordered a Leona Edmiston dress after my sister kept saying how flattering hers were, and overall I’m really happy with it. I’m usually somewhere between a 10 and 12, so I went with the 12, and I’m glad I did because the waist is definitely a bit snug.

The length is really nice and not too short, which I appreciated. The fabric sits well and doesn’t cling in the wrong places, so it feels easy to wear. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the size guide was a little clearer, but it’s a lovely dress and I’ll definitely wear it.

My order showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was fine too, not anything fancy, but everything arrived in good shape. Overall, a smooth experience.

The exchange itself was easy, so I’ll give them credit for that. The refund did take a few days though, and that part felt like it was on them for not processing it a bit faster. It got sorted in the end, but I was checking my account more than I wanted to...

The site felt a bit dated to me, and the dress styles seemed kind of old-fashioned. I also found the layout a little messy, so browsing wasn’t the easiest. Nothing really caught my eye, haha — just not my style at all...

I really wanted to love this dress because it looked so online, but it was such a disappointment in person. The fabric feels cheap and way thinner than I expected, and after just one wash it already lost its shape. I also noticed the stitching on the side starting to come loose, which is frustrating for the price. i felt upset because I was excited to wear it, but now I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again...

I really liked the dress itself, but getting help from customer service was more frustrating than it should’ve been. It took a few days to hear back, and when they did reply, the answers felt kind of rushed. I’m not expecting anything over the top, but for the price, basic timely support seems reasonable
